Zavr\u0161io sam elektrotehni\u010dku \u0161kolu &#8222;Nikola Tesla&#8220; u Beogradu, smer elektrotehni\u010dar multimedija. Od stranih jezika pri\u010dam engleski jezik. Hobi mi je muzika. U slobodno vreme montiram video klipove.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teme iz oblasti informacionih tehnologija koje su me najvise zainteresovale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od tema koja me je najvi\u0161e zainteresovala jeste tema o hardveru ra\u010dunarskih sistema. Raspitujem se dosta o toj temi, a i oduvek sam imao interesovanje za ra\u010dunarske komponente. Zanimalo me je kako \u010ditav sklop ra\u010dunara funkcioni\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektronsko u\u010denje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uvod<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ovom seminarskom radu govorim o zna\u010daju elektronskog u\u010denja kao i njegovim prednostima i manama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektronsko u\u010denje obuhvata sve na\u010dine prenosa znanja i ve\u0161tina kori\u0161\u0107enjem digitalnih tehnologija. To mogu biti online platforme, video lekcije, digitalne u\u010dionice, interaktivni kvizovi ili \u010dak virtuelne laboratorije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Termin \u201ee-learning\u201c dolazi od engleskog electronic learning i ozna\u010dava metodologiju u kojoj se nastavni sadr\u017eaji pru\u017eaju elektronskim putem. E-u\u010denje mo\u017ee biti sinhrono, kada u\u010desnici komuniciraju u realnom vremenu, ili asinhrono, kada u\u010denici pristupaju materijalima kad njima odgovara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razvoj e-u\u010denja usko je povezan sa  internetom i \u0161irenjem digitalnih ure\u0111aja. Danas gotovo svaka obrazovna institucija i kompanija koristi elektronske platforme za u\u010denje, jer one omogu\u0107avaju u\u010denje u sopstvenom ritmu, smanjuju tro\u0161kove i \u0161tede vreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedan od najefektivnijih pristupa je me\u0161ovito u\u010denje (blended learning), gde u\u010denici kombinuju online materijale sa klasi\u010dnom nastavom. Na taj na\u010din, oni se mogu pripremiti kod ku\u0107e, a u u\u010dionici razjasniti sve nedoumice sa nastavnikom ili kolegama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1709\" src=\"https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2429\" style=\"width:387px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/education-school-student-computer-network-technology-concept-scaled-2-2048x1367.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektronsko u\u010denje donosi brojne prednosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fleksibilnost i dostupnost \u2013 U\u010denici mogu u\u010diti bilo gde i bilo kada, \u0161to je naro\u010dito prakti\u010dno za zaposlene, studente ili ljude sa gustim rasporedom. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalizacija \u2013 Digitalni sistemi mogu da prate napredak u\u010denika i prilagode materijale njihovim potrebama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interaktivnost \u2013 Kvizovi, video lekcije i diskusioni forumi \u010dine proces u\u010denja zanimljivijim i motivi\u0161u u\u010denike da aktivno u\u010destvuju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U\u0161teda resursa \u2013 Online kursevi smanjuju potrebu za \u0161tampanim materijalima i putovanjima, \u0161to je korisno i ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160iroka primena \u2013 E-u\u010denje nije ograni\u010deno samo na \u0161kolu; koristi se u profesionalnom usavr\u0161avanju, obukama u firmama i celo\u017eivotnom obrazovanju. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/e-learn2.viser.edu.rs\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/E-learning-\u2013-buducnost-obrazovanja-150x100@2x-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2432\" style=\"width:389px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ipak, e-u\u010denje ima i svoje izazove:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tehni\u010dka ograni\u010denja<\/strong> \u2013 Stabilan internet i odgovaraju\u0107i ure\u0111aji nisu uvek dostupni svima, \u0161to mo\u017ee ograni\u010diti pristup u\u010denju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Motivacija i pripremljenost nastavnika<\/strong> \u2013 Nastavnici moraju znati kako da koriste digitalne alate i da kreiraju zanimljive materijale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manjak direktne interakcije<\/strong> \u2013 Nedostatak fizi\u010dkog kontakta mo\u017ee ote\u017eati komunikaciju i smanjiti ose\u0107aj pripadnosti grupi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statistike pokazuju koliko e-u\u010denje naglo raste u svetu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Globalno tr\u017ei\u0161te e-u\u010denja 2025. godine procenjeno je na preko 375 milijardi dolara, sa prose\u010dnim godi\u0161njim rastom od 8\u201310%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vi\u0161e od 70% univerziteta koristi online kurseve kao deo formalnog obrazovanja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preko 90% velikih kompanija koristi digitalne platforme za obuku zaposlenih.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vi\u0161e od 60% korisnika u\u010di putem mobilnih ure\u0111aja, \u0161to pokazuje trend fleksibilnog u\u010denja u pokretu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovi podaci jasno pokazuju da e-u\u010denje nije samo trend, ve\u0107 postaje klju\u010dni deo obrazovanja i poslovnog sveta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elektronsko u\u010denje je danas neizostavan deo savremenog obrazovanja. Omogu\u0107ava fleksibilnost, pristupa\u010dnost i personalizaciju u\u010denja, ali tako\u0111e postavlja izazove poput tehni\u010dkih ograni\u010denja i potrebe za ve\u0107om motivacijom.
